Implements support for ODF fo:text-align start and end in paragraph styles. The new alignment options can be selected in the paragraph dialog. Further user interface changes are tracked as separate bugs. This change also adds START and END to css.style.ParagraphAdjust, which is flagged as an incompatible UNO API change.
