Michael Weghorn 594a6f6d06 toolkit: Use concrete TableControl_Impl instead of abstract base class ...

Switch members/params from the abstract ITableControl to the
concrete TableControl_Impl that is the only actual implementation/
subclass of ITableControl.

This is in preparation of Dropping ITableControl completely in
an upcoming commit.
