Tor Lillqvist c3d8b06f00 Get rid of SHL_SBC

GetAppData(SHL_SBC) was used only locally in the sb library so no need for
it. Just use a static pointer field.

Contains the StarBASIC Interpreter

This implements a macro language that, when in VBA compatibility mode,
is intended to be interoperable with Visual Basic for Applications,
allowing people to run macros embedded in their documents.
