Xisco Fauli 3b43be508d Revert "tdf#63011 vcl: Use localized font family names as aliases" 
This reverts commit 5257ad4ec1.

Unfortunately it makes the Windows bots in CI to take more
than two hours to complete a "make build unitcheck slowcheck"
instead of the previous average 55 minutes
