At least for one of my builds, JunitTest_toolkit_unoapi_2's toolkit.Toolkit fails its XDataTransferProviderAccess check at getDragSource(), which returns null: > [toolkit.Toolkit::com::sun::star::awt::XDataTransferProviderAccess::getDragSource()] is testcode: [getDragSource()] - COMPLETED.FAILED getDragSource has no XDragSource to return without a drag-and-drop capable VCL backend: when the unoapi soffice runs the svp plugin without --headless, SalInstance::CreateDragSource skips its GenericDragSource stub (gated on headless/unittest/uitest) and the svp backend's ImplCreateDragSource returns null. (The corresponding getDropTarget only passes because Window::GetDropTarget always returns a non-null DNDListenerContainer wrapper.)
