Jan-Marek Glogowski fb308c193b Fix --disable-scripting for DESKTOP build

Unfortunatly we cannot add --disable-scripting to
sub_conf_defaults, because Java currently has no
equivalent to the PYTHON_FOR_BUILD setting.
