FontSizeMenuController::fillPopupMenu() built a printer and a font list using it. Neither were used after the change from pFontList->GetSizeAry() to FontList::GetStdSizeAry(). This construction ran once per context menu activation where it runs through the printer driver on Windows. Hence, the delay was not present on Linux.
