Some slots make sense in read-only files, when the application runs in normal mode; but they make no sense in Viewer app mode. So this new flag is orthogonal to the existing ReadOnlyDoc flag. When it is FALSE, the respective command should not be active in the viewer mode. The default is TRUE.
