Balazs Varga 0467a68ff9 tdf#78486 sc: add calculated field dialog for pivot tables

New dialog (Insert > Calculated Field) to add, modify, and delete
calculated fields. Accessible from the menu bar, pivot table context
menu. Insert, modify, delete a calculated field properly.

TODO: maybe more warnings during formula entry edit
