Michael Stahl 91970e690b vcl: PDF export: fix encrypted /Length in PDFObjectCopier ...

`PDFObjectCopier::copyExternalResource` is a bit more complicated but
try to get the correct length; naively always using
`calculateStreamSize` breaks `testMultiPagePDF` and `testReexportPDF`
so do it only when it changes (i.e. encryption is enabled).
