SalFrame is the common base class for various platform
and toolkit specific subclasses.
It's defined in vcl/inc/salframe.hxx. Move method
definitions to an own source file matching the name
of the header instead of spreading them across two
other existing source files that are otherwise not
directly related to SalFrame.
This makes it easier to keep an overview.
Drop the obsolete
// The only common SalFrame method
comment from above the SalFrame::GetGeometry
implementation.
