Stephan Bergmann 13b7905ba1 Remove misleading comment 
...that had been added with 33fa50e119 "Drop some
pointless assertions" back in 2011, but is no longer meaningful now that this is
a proper assert since 6e35794cad "terminate
XDesktop properly in unit tests"
