If the intent for opening the document does not have
the MIME type set, use ContentResolver to resolve
the MIME type from the document URI.

, this also makes the scenario of opening a Markdown
document work on an an Android AVD with API level 37
(Android 17) when trying to open the file from within
the app ("Select file to open") instead of passing the
file "from outside" (e.g. by opening it from the
"Files" app).
