as part of the process of merging the Outliner code into the normal EditEngine paths. So instead of keeping a bunch of information "on the side" and then having to merge information from multiple sources, it all lives where it logically belongs. Also take the chance to rename the depth/getdepth/setdepth fields and methods to NumberingDepth, which makes the purpose more obvious.
