drop JSDialog machinery
, so the member is now always true.
Drop it and simplify code accordingly.
(Assume that checks like
if (!mpDialogImpl || !mpDialogImpl->m_bLOKTunneling)
where only first checking the non-nullness of Dialog::mpDialogImpl
to not dereference it when checking `mpDialogImpl->m_bLOKTunneling`
and the `!mpDialogImpl` check doesn't need to be kept by itself where
that member it isn't dereferenced directly anymore.)
The Dialog::PixelInvalidate override can now be dropped
altogether as it would only call the base class
implementation.
