compareFileName function concealed the important info, so at the place where assertions were made, no file names were shown. This e.g. gave: C:/Users/user/lo/LIBO-C~1/sal/qa/osl/file/osl_File.cxx(2038) : error : Assertion Test name: osl_FileStatus::getFileURL::getFileURL_001 assertion failed - Expression: compareFileName(aFileURL, aTmpName6) - test for getFileURL function: This change intends to make the results more useful, showing names.
