Drop the exterals patches as VCL internals don’t support this anymore, and drop the LOK addfont change as it wouldn’t work now. I don’t know if LOK addfont has any use now, but I left it. The graphics library, used for anti-aliasing. From [http://cairographics.org/]. This code is used by default only on Linux, though it is also available on Mac. There is a cairo-canvas implementation that is the main customer, and it is enabled via 'use hardware acceleration' in the general options.
