The Global and Module AcceleratorConfigurations are supposed to use the
new-style service specification where their argument is specified during
construction instead of using XInitialization. This was causing the test
to seg fault if it’s enabled. I think the service might have been
upgraded to the new style in 8f3cec9d7a.
