When Base loads forms, it flattens ParagraphAdjust values into GUI-specific awt::TextAlign values. The code that performed this remapping was missing some recently-added values, causing apparent loss of column alignment after save. This change adds the missing values. In addition, this change adds unit tests for the conversion code, and fixes a long-standing typo bug that made values fail to round-trip.
