        Use ColorIconView for SvxDefaultColorOptPage

replaced the SvxColorValueSet widgets being tested by
ColorIconView widgets.

Drop the now unused test class.

While the SvxColorValueSet widget is still
used in a few more places in the code base
(but not UI tests using this now dropped class), the
plan is to replace those with ColorIconView as well.
