Neil Roberts 0ef39cbc0b store: Use rtl::Reference::get() instead of &*

Using &* can be problematic if the pointer is null. In this case it
doesn’t matter, but using Reference::get() is probably easier to
understand anyway. This also paves the way for a later compiler plugin
to check for this.

The Legacy .rdb Format

Originally used for services and types .rdb files, before the former were replaced with XML files and the latter with the new unoidl format, but still needed for backwards compatibility.
