Michael Weghorn 692482b522 sfx2: Pass SfxPrinterController's SfxViewShell by ref ...

Switch the SSfxViewShell param for the SfxPrinterController
from pointer to reference to make clear it's always non-null.

This allows to drop now superfluous null-checks.
