generation, rendering, and total row Tests cover: style generation (60 ECMA defaults), fill colors, border widths/styles, font properties, theme change regeneration, undo/redo, multiple style categories (Light/Medium/Dark), style switching, no header/no total row handling, banded columns, first/last column, tiny table edge cases, and total row toggle with custom COUNTIF and SUBTOTAL formula preservation. Also add ooxml export tests for TableStyles and a few test for custom table styles.
