Gabor Kelemen fd2e467ba3 tdf#146619 Run IWYU in fw decl mode on include/[a-c]* 
After recent commit 851fb75779
recheck these directories in include/ again
to test drive the new --headersfwd mode of bin/find-unneeded-includes
