as using https://git.libreoffice.org breaks the submodule subsription
(automatic update in core when something is pushed to the submodules),
since gerrit compares the URL with gerrit.canonicalWebUrl, the URL where
gerrit itself is found, not what is used as default repository URL

This reverts commit 5e48667f6b for now until
<https://gerrit-review.googlesource.com/#/c/36190/> "Expanded submodule
subscription support" is fixed, as it inadvertently caused gerrit to no longer
automatically create corresponding core commits whenever receiving submodule
commits (whether or not that is actually a good feature).
