Tor Lillqvist 47aabde053 Make the tdf#97983 changes to BASIC optional
If you want to keep the string to floating point conversion semantics
in BASIC as they were in LibreOffice 6, you can either set the
LIBREOFFICE6FLOATINGPOINTMODE environment variable to some non-empty
value, or set the org.openoffice.Office.Scripting/Basic/Compatibility/
UseLibreOffice6FloatingPointConversion flag in the Expert
Configuration. (Or use a registry modification file with that effect.)

Adapt the relevant unit test accordingly. Thanks to Mike Kaganski for
showing how to access the setting in the LibreOffice registry from
Basic.

Stephan Bergmann 4f5b3e4bd5 In O[U]StringBuffer, make string_view params replacements for OUString ones
...for LIBO_INTERNAL_ONLY, instead of having them as additional overloads. That
way, loplugin:bufferadd and loplugin:stringviewparam found many further
opportunities for simplification (all addressed here). Some notes:

* There is no longer an implicit conversion from O[U]String to O[U]StringBuffer
(as that goes via user-defined conversions through string_view now), which was
most noticeable in copy initializations like

  OStringBuffer buf = someStr;

that had to be changed to direct initialization,

  OStringBuffer buf(someStr);

But then again, it wasn't too many places that were affected and I think we can
live with that.

* I made the O[U]StringBuffer ctors taking string_view non-explicit, mainly to
get them in line with their counterparts taking O[U]String.

* I added an OUStringBuffer::lastIndexOf string_view overload that was missing
(relative to OUStringBuffer::indexOf).

* loplugin:stringconstant needed some addition to keep the
compilerplugins/clang/test/stringconstant.cxx checks related to
OStringBuffer::append and OStringBuffer::insert working.

* loplugin:stringviewparam no longer needs the special O[U]StringBuffer-related
code that had been introduced in 1250aecd71
"loplugin:stringviewparam extend to new.."

Stephan Bergmann 2bc1a0431b New loplugin:unusedcapturedefault
In sc/qa/unit/ucalc_formula.cxx, dropping the capture-default from the
lExpectedinF lambda revealed that MSVC in C++17 mode (i.e., when building
without --with-latest-c++) requires ROW_RANGE (a local const int variable from
the enclosing TestFormula::testTdf97369) to be captured, even though all uses of
that variable within the lambda body are constant expressions. That is still
true at least for the latest Visual Studio 2019 version 16.11.1. (This is not
an issue for the lExpectedinH and lExpectedinI lambdas a few lines further down,
as they, in addition to using that ROW_RANGE, also use the local const double
variables SHIFT1 and SHIFT2, whose uses are not constant expressions, so
they are implicitly captured and loplugin:unusedcapturedefault does not suggest
dropping those lambdas' capture-defaults in the first place.)

Andreas Heinisch 3bcfb1aac1 tdf#143707 - Change strategy to support suffix type characters
In order to support the correct data type of numeric constants,
booleans, and default values for strings, the strategy to transport the
data type character to the runtime has been changed.

The type character will be added after the literal and the string
termination symbol in order to keep compatibility. This allows to
retrieve the correct type in StepLOADNC and in StepPARAM.

Any legacy written images are still possible to process, since if there
is a suffix type character where the data type character was directly
written after the numeric constant, it will be processed in StepLOADNC.

Without this fix, an optional parameter of type Variant, would still
include the suffixe type character, and will not be converted to the
correct type in StepPARAM.

baltasarq 5eedb3beea tdf#142460: properly handle boolean values in string pool
This makes sure that results of comparison of literals have proper boolean type,
and that this type is properly stored to/read from the string pool.

This introduces a new non-standard "type" character used in the pool: 'b'. It is
not a proper type character used in Basic (unlike '%'/'&'/'!'/'@'), but we have
to use this trick locally, because we need to pass the type that has no own type
character.

The change should be backward-compatible: older versions reading the value should
just ignore the 'b', and read the value as double.

Stephan Bergmann af16aa6256 Improve loplugin:stringview
Issue the "instead of O[U]String, pass [u16]string_view" diagnostic also for
operator call arguments. (The "rather than copy, pass subView()" diagnostic is
already part of handleSubExprThatCouldBeView, so no need to repeat it explicitly
for operator call arguments.)

(And many call sites don't even require an explicit [u16]string_view, esp. with
the recent ad48b2b02f "Optimized OString operator
+= overloads". Just some test code in sal/qa/ that explicitly tests the
O[U]String functionality had to be excluded.)
