Caolán McNamara dd8bc7fd52 skip the python KillPython step so two windows builds don't race over it
KillPython runs an inline CodeTaskFactory task that compiles a temporary
dll and loads it. Two parallel builds on one machine race over that dll,
and one build fails to find it:

pyproject.props(176,5): error MSB4175: The task factory "CodeTaskFactory"
could not be loaded from the assembly "...\Microsoft.Build.Tasks.Core.dll".
  Could not find file '...\tmp\rmlsuizu\rmlsuizu.dll'.

KillPython only kills a stray python.exe that holds the output file open
across an incremental rebuild. A clean build has none to kill, so pass
/p:KillPython=false to override pythoncore.vcxproj and skip the target.

Miklos Vajna db0cbfb2ba python3: fix build on Linux where /usr/include/ncurses.h is broken
If --with-python=internal is used, then building its curses module
expects an ncurses header with wide char support, otherwise the build
fails with:

	/usr/bin/ccache clang -fsanitize=address -fsanitize=undefined -fsanitize=float-divide-by-zero -fsanitize=local-bounds -fsanitize-blacklist=sanitize-ubsan-excludelist -fno-sanitize=function -Iworkdir/UnpackedTarball/bzip2 -Iworkdir/UnpackedTarball/expat/lib -Iworkdir/UnpackedTarball/sqlite3 -Iworkdir/UnpackedTarball/lzma/src/liblzma/api -fno-strict-overflow -Wsign-compare -fno-omit-frame-pointer -mno-omit-leaf-frame-pointer -g -Og -Wall -Iworkdir/UnpackedTarball/zlib -O0 -Wp,-U_FORTIFY_SOURCE -fstrict-aliasing -fstrict-overflow -std=c11 -Wextra -Wno-unused-parameter -Wno-missing-field-initializers -Wstrict-prototypes -Werror=implicit-function-declaration -fvisibility=hidden -I./Include/internal -I. -I./Include -fPIC -fPIC -c ./Modules/_cursesmodule.c -o Modules/_cursesmodule.o
./Modules/_cursesmodule.c:764:9: error: call to undeclared function 'setcchar'; ISO C99 and later do not support implicit function declarations [-Wimplicit-function-declaration]
	  764 |         setcchar(&wcval, wstr, attr, PAIR_NUMBER(attr), NULL);
	      | ^

Turns out that /usr/include/ncurses.h and
/usr/include/ncursesw/ncurses.h are not the same here and only the later
provides the wide char support.

Fix this by explicitly adding /usr/include/ncursesw to the include path
on Linux, which should help when that dir exists and it's meant to be
ignored otherwise.

Tor Lillqvist 942afbd439 Fixes for Python cross-compilation, Linux to Linux at least
When not using a system Python, set PYTHON_FOR_BUILD to point to the
python script in the instdir_for_build/program folder. Make sure that
script gets installed by adding it to gb_BUILD_TOOLS_executables and
by adding pyuno to the cross_toolset modules. Make also the
SYSTEM_PYTHON boolean flag visible to the cross-build (in the normal
way, as SYSTEM_PYTHON_FOR_BUILD).

When cross-compiling Python to Linux, pass some ac_cv_* settings that
can't be determined at compile time.

there was already parts of that in the makefile that would require
running "make gb_GCOV=YES" - but that alone was not enough, you were

Christian Lohmaier 657efd649f macOS: simplify mac exclusion recipes
on branches 25-2 and 24-8 the python tkinter dylib is back.
The corresponding python module is ignored already, and the tkinter
cpython dylib already was removed in the past, but apparently at some
point that file wasn't generated anymore and the corresponding line to
delete it was removed in 6e62c9df96
That same commit also changed the filenames to use a * wildcard after
the python version, apparently to account for a "d" suffix in the
--enable-dbgutil case. In the spirit of the old commit to avoid rm -f
and to be explicit and catch potential other issues in future remove
that wildcard again/replace the suffix with a macro that contains the
appropriate suffix already as used in ExternalPackage_python3.mk.

Xisco Fauli c9ae567c79 python3: get python.exe from extern
Instead of downloading nuget.exe and then python.exe
as explained in https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/libreoffice/2025-January/092881.html,
Add python.3.12.8.nupkg to extern and download it as a tarball
to unzip it in external/pythonx86.
find_python.bat will look for python.exe in external/pythonx86/tools

when downloading nuget.exe from https://aka.ms/nugetclidl
using powershell. By default powershell uses TLS 1.0 and the site security requires TLS 1.2,

Kudos to Caolán for helping with a compiling issue.
