This reverts changes that were made to prevent process exit when an
OLE client is connected. These commits had the side effect of preventing
the use case of creating a document via OLE, and then allowing
the user to view/edit and ultimately quit from the GUI.
Revert "More hacks for quit requests from an OLE Automation client"
This reverts commit 05e03911cd.
Revert "Veto process exit while an OLE client is connected"
This reverts commit 89f883bd90.

Improve the case when we have no old file, so we can't take its old
parent directory as a starting point in the file picker, opened by the
browse button.
It turns out both places that open that file picker have access to the
base URL of the current document, so can open the directory of that
instead.

If a LogicToLogic uses fixed units, we can use o3tl::convert
instead. We can also do the same for all other cases where
LogicToLogic is used, but that needs additional investigation to
determine if it is safe to do so.
Note:
MapUnit::Pixel is converted to o3tl::Length::pt because it assumed
72 PPI for a logical pixel, which corresponds with the conversion
rate of a point (72 PPI).
Today, 96 PPI is standard, which is also used for o3tl::Length:px.

which seems to be necessary for gtk3, but not for gen (otherwise
increasing the value sets a new value for both spinbuttons)

This introduces internal tracking of last used directories.
Each caller of the file picker can pass a "context". The selected
directory will then be saved & restored when opening the file picker
with the same context again.
After ffa636ba74 , the Windows file picker
no longer tracks the last used directory itself.
This is a replacement and an improvement at the same time, since there is not
one global last used directory, but one per context.
