Fridrich Štrba 0595f3ff18 Allow building with java9 (first installement) 
In java9, there is no option for source/target 1.5,
the lowest version is 1.6.
This commit also patches the relevant external libraries
in order to be able to build with build-wide source/target

Douglas Mencken 7e4708739d care for Java 1.5 support in external packages 
apache commons-lang 3.3.1 and commons-codec 1.9 are for use
only with JDK 1.6 and higher
