Johnny_M 2c3f58eff2 Translate German comments and debug strings (leftovers in dirs a... to c...) 
Translates all (leftovers) found using a custom regex, in directories not
shown by /bin/find-german-comments and beginning with "a" to "c".

A ridiculously fast way of doing this is:

Luboš Luňák 1946794ae0 mass removal of rtl:: prefixes for O(U)String* 
Modules sal, salhelper, cppu, cppuhelper, codemaker (selectively) and odk
have kept them, in order not to break external API (the automatic using declaration
is LO-internal).
