To avoid confusion, also suppress the -D$(OS) in
solenv/gbuild/platform/unxgcc.mk that would unnecessarily keep defining
EMSCRIPTEN.

There is no need for it to be an UNO interface anymore (ever since
we started supporting dynamic_cast on UNO objects).
Which means that XImportFilter2 also needs become a C++ interface.

comphelper/source/misc/logging.cxx in a follow-up commit. (And while at it,
rename from diangose_ex.h to the more appropriate diagnose_ex.hxx. The
comphelper module is sufficiently low-level for this immediate use case, so use
that at least for now; o3tl might be even more suitable but doesn't have a
Library until now. Also, for the immediate use case it would have sufficed to
only break DbgGetCaughtException, exceptionToString, TOOLS_WARN_EXCEPTION,
TOOLS_WARN_EXCEPTION_IF, and TOOLS_INFO_EXCEPTION out of
include/tools/diagnose_ex.h into an additional new
include/comphelper/diagnose_ex.hxx, but its probably easier overall to just move
the complete include file as is.)

In the commit f63a6f2e39, a for loop is
converted into a range-based for loop. The pointer is used to change
the nodes using xmlUnlinkNode() and xmlFreeNode(), thus the 'const'
should have not been used.
The reinterpret_cast does not change the constness, thus I have
removed the const from the loop variable, and it will no longer be a
const reference.

Since 7.1 hasn't been released yet there's still time to change it before having to be scared about backguards compatibility.
This way:
- It is more efficient than passing two arguments
- On definition it is simpler since both are declarated on same point.
So it is simpler to not loose sync between lists.
- Code is less long.
- Thanks to an idea proposed by Stephan Bergmann on other commit.

When there are lots of entities and a lot of cases to replace, it becomes a ballast to search the whole array.
So in order to avoid it, now uses ordered search and stops when OUString order implies that it can't be further.
The entity list is sorted before the parse by quick sort.
