I added the code that I remove here in commit
22d7827c66 (tdf#168569: support date
values in string pool, 2025-09-26), but this is section to handle
old images, after commit 3bcfb1aac1
(tdf#143707 - Change strategy to support suffix type characters,
2021-08-10) the suffixes are written in a way that is handled in
SbiImage::GetString.

Commit f45463d8e2 (tdf#93727 Support date
literals in basic, 2017-05-24) introduced correct parsing of literals
like #2025-09-26#. However, it didn't retain the value type; there was
a discussion about that in gerrit, but no solution was found, and type
was set to double.
Later, a similar problem (storing type of value in compiled image) was
fixed in commit 5eedb3beea (tdf#142460:
properly handle boolean values in string pool, 2021-06-25).
This change reuses the same method to store date type using 'd' char in
the string pool.

Adjusted the error message about exceeding legacy module size and
removed the code for saving image version 11. Modules using image
version 11 still can be loaded. Saving modules always result in
an image version higher than image version 11 depending on the
size of the module.
In addition, some minor performance issues (construction of the error
message and the correct list of modules) were fixed.

In order to support the correct data type of numeric constants,
booleans, and default values for strings, the strategy to transport the
data type character to the runtime has been changed.
The type character will be added after the literal and the string
termination symbol in order to keep compatibility. This allows to
retrieve the correct type in StepLOADNC and in StepPARAM.
Any legacy written images are still possible to process, since if there
is a suffix type character where the data type character was directly
written after the numeric constant, it will be processed in StepLOADNC.
Without this fix, an optional parameter of type Variant, would still
include the suffixe type character, and will not be converted to the
correct type in StepPARAM.

used throughout the code using it; and simplifies it all greatly.
Also this changes errors handling. Prevoiusly setting errors to

ctor, as BufferTransformer did, and could dereference nullptr.

This allows to correctly store and read Unicode strings used in
password-protected libraries. The additional data stored after all
legacy data of the stringpool record (after a magic number to mark
its presence), and so is invisible for older versions of program:
this allows to keep the version of data and backward compatibility.
Of course, older versions will only see legacy data, with broken
Unicode strings; and password-protected libraries edited and saved
in older versions will not contain Unicode data.
read_uInt16s_ToOUString and write_uInt16s_FromOUString are used
