Implements XCopyableBrowseNode on the ScriptFile class so that all
script providers based on the single-file provider can support copying.

Instead of using XInvocation and XPropertySet to expose the optional
create and edit methods, the script providers based on singleprov now
use the new concrete interfaces XCreatableBrowseNode and
XEditableBrowseNode.

The test that checks the editable and creatable properties in nested
directories was always checking them on the provider node instead of the
nested directory node. This was probably due to a cut-and-paste
kerfuffle.
