Gabor Kelemen bfe225b700 tdf#42949 Fix IWYU warnings in include/test 
Found with bin/find-unneeded-includes
Only removal proposals are dealt with here.

New IWYU and recent developments in f-u-i helped to identify
some non self contained files, those were fixed too.
