Michael Stahl c18d3f8823 add --disable-librelogo to disable LibreLogo at build time 
Annoyingly the packinfo_*.txt don't support conditionals but we can
work-around that with a little duplication.

Michael Stahl aa93151b9a configure, pyuno: stop claiming our python 3.3.5 is 3.3.3 
... and adapt makefiles to automatically rebuild everything that depends
on PYTHON_VERSION.
