configmgr/dconf: Drop cast from gdouble to double

They're equivalent. (gdouble is a typedef for double.)

Fixes this clang plugin error seen on Debian testing:

    .../configmgr/source/dconf.cxx:305:16: error: redundant functional cast from 'gdouble' (aka 'double') to 'double' [loplugin:redundantfcast]
      305 |     *value <<= double(g_variant_get_double(variant.get()));
          |                ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    1 error generated.
