osx/qt: look for frameworks, not dylibs
Qt on Mac would typically be build & distributed as frameworks, so let's look for and handle that. We're only handling external frameworks for now, and because of that, we need to add an rpath to the Qt VCL plugin so the system knows how to find the frameworks when running LO.
