Subject: [PATCH] vcl: remove dead code

    if (bOverflow)
    {
        const auto [n2, n3] = o3tl::getConversionMulDiv(eFrom, eTo);
        BigInt a4 = n1;
        a4 *= n2;
    }

this does... nothing at all.
