rust_uno: Don't delete Cargo.lock on clean

        rust_uno : Cargo.lock must be in the git repository

, Cargo.lock is under version control and no longer
generated during the build.

Therefore, also no longer delete it on

    make rust_uno.clean

(Mentioned also as a problem by Christian Lohmaier
in the Gerrit change for the above commit, see [1].)
