Subject: [PATCH] Update git submodules

* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'master'
  to c0646cd11e80fda95143a448366ced5f01f79a13
  - tdf#166477 Add help for "Context" option in numerals

    - change option "Hindi" to "Eastern Arabic", according to tdf#102235
    - add exemple of numerals for disambiguation
    - add help text for "Context" entry
